The new 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley from Silver Oak  is lush, full-bodied, richly textured, this offers generous notes of blackberry and cherry fruit with cola, nutmeg, and a hint of chocolate.  This well-balanced Cabernet shows a strong midpalate and finishes long and polished with supple tannins.  The new 2004 Alexander Valley Cabernet is everything you would expect. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is drinking well now and will show well for 12-15 years.    This is released Saturday, August 2nd.
